If that’s not enough, it also boasts the excellent Breathe Modern, a master-class in all that’s chic in the world of modern design and style. A true internet magazine, brought exhaustively to you by a pair of super-talented writers. What’re you waiting for? Get one’s self over there pronto.
Revolving Video – Simply the best movie podcast on this here internet. If news, reviews and madcap Geordie banter is what you’re after, look no ruddy further.
Repertoire Records – Purveyors of the finest Psychedelic, Progressive and Acid-Folk rock reissues you’d be a fool to miss. Visit the site, revel in the sounds once again.
Trip Inside This House – Also dedicated to everything psychedelic and therefore a good place to drop into once you’re tired of my nonsense. Some real rare finds discussed here as well as better known psych, combining to make a thoroughly entertaining website for the lovers of this music.
Marmalade Skies – A site primarily dedicated to British psychedelia of the 60s. A good source of information for anybody wanting to know more about a number of Brit bands that rode the psychedelic wave, many of whom have been long since forgotten. Be sure to sport your rose-tinted specs though, as the ‘far-out’ colour scheme comes at you a little bit sudden.
Psychedelic Sight – A smorgasboard of psychedelic goodness. Revolving around the 50 greatest psych albums and the 100 greatest psych songs but also offering more, this site is well worth a look.
The Official Roy Wood Website – The title says it all. The official website of the mighty musical maven himself. The bearded Brumster and creative whirlwind behind The Move, Electric Light Orchestra (with the equally mighty Jeff Lynne) and Wizzard, the mighty Roy Wood.
Shindig – The official website for the must-read bi-monthly magazine for anybody with a passing interest in psych, acid and prog rock, or anything underground music that made itself known during the 60s and 70s.
